Clinical Grade Dextran

Clinical grade Dextran 1, Dextran 40, Dextran 60, and Dextran 70 are available from Pharmacosmos as Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for production of solutions for injection and infusion.

Pharmacosmos manufactures clinical grade Dextran in pack sizes of 100 g, 500 g, 5 kg and 50 kg. The following clinical Dextran fractions are available:

Dextran Manufacturer Certificates

Pharmacosmos is the only Dextran manufacturer that has received the certificates from the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines (EDQM) for the specific pharmacopoeial clinical grade Dextran fractions: Dextran 1, Dextran 40, Dextran 60, and Dextran 70.

Pharmacosmos supplies clinical grade Dextran fractions in accordance with the Pharmacopoeial specifications, for example the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.), the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP), and/or the Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP).
